“Gonna walk right through that door, high heels on a hardwood floor. Click clack, click clack! That’s the sound of a slingback” – RuPaul

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 7 FROM 7 – 11 PM

We are thrilled to be an official Cultural Partner of Pride Toronto this year as we host our first-ever Pride Party! Explore our fascinating exhibition spaces while you party after dark including an appearance by the first-ever winner of Canada’s Drag Race, Priyanka, a performance by Miss Moço, a runway presentation by Fashion Art Toronto, and music by DJ Sophie Jones. Evening MC: Daniel Reyes Cocka

The Bata Shoe Museum is honoured to have acquired a pair of Priyanka’s shoes to add to our permanent collection of over 15,000 pairs of footwear. Created by Toronto-based FX Costume and Prop Stylists Kevin Morra and Ryan Pike of Faerie Fire Forge, Priyanka’s blue heels are from her promo look for the 2020 Canada’s Drag Race series.
