Try something new as you explore the world of print, collage, and creativity in this drop-in zine-making workshop inspired by designer André Perugia, the visionary shoemaker who turned footwear into art. Known for his experimental sketches and collaborations with some of the most daring couturiers of the early 20th century, Perugia’s work reflected the same spirit of innovation and self-expression that defines zine culture today.

Join us for an evening of hands-on creation as we explore design, identity, and personal storytelling through the pages of your own handmade zine. All materials will be provided — just bring your imagination and a willingness to experiment.

Inspired by his dear friend Mrs. Sonja Bata, King Tilly has made it his royal mission to collect shoes from every corner of the globe. From dazzling Renaissance chopines to rugged Mongolian gutal boots to delicate ballet slippers, each journey adds a new treasure to his ever-growing Shoe Pile — a dangerously tall tower of footwear stacked right beside the Grand Window. But beware… one mighty gust of winter wind could send this wobbly pile tumbling into chaos!

If disaster strikes, will you be ready to help King Tilly sort through his marvelous collection and restore order to the royal closet?
